Directors' Dealings

On 18 July 2012, the Company received notification that on the same day, Jeremy Hamer, Executive Chairman of the Company, made a maiden market purchase of 80,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence in the Company at a price of 30 pence per share. Following this transaction Jeremy Hamer's interest is 80,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.49 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, the Company was notified that on 18 July 2012, Tim James, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence in the Company at a price of 29 pence per share. Following this transaction Tim James' interest is 40,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.24 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
