("SnackTime" or the "Company")
Result of General Meeting
SnackTime is pleased to announce that further to its announcement on 27 November
2009, all of the resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today
were duly passed.
It is expected that the First Placing Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM
on 22 December 2009 and the Second Placing Shares will be admitted to trading on
AIM on 23 December 2009. Following Second Admission, the Company will have in
issue 10,901,159 Ordinary Shares of 2p each.
Certain terms used in this announcement are defined and have the same meaning as
in the Company's announcement of 27 November 2009.
