YORK, 22(nd) October, 2014 - Tissue Regenix Group plc (AIM:TRX) ("Tissue Regenix" or "the Group"), the regenerative medical devices company which uses animal or human tissue to replace damaged or worn out parts of the human body, advises that it will be announcing its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 31 July 2014, on Wednesday 29th October, 2014.

In addition, the Company will be hosting a Capital Markets Event on Wednesday 29th October 2014, with presentations and updates from senior management. Those wishing to attend should register their interest with Newgate Communications.
