Sage announces that Steve Hare, who is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of Sage, exercised options over 2,980 ordinary shares of 1(4/77) pence each in Sage at an option price of GBP6.04 per share, under The Sage Save and Share Plan, on 23 August 2022.
