AGM Notification

Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the digitally-enabled employee benefits and services provider, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on Friday 8 April 2022. These documents are available to view on the Company's investor relations website at Investors - Personal Group in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday 5 May 2022 at John Ormond House, 899 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 3XL.

Following the end of restrictions relating to the COVID-19 pandemic attendance at the AGM is once again allowed.
