Director/PDMR Dealings
The Company has been informed by Ashley Doody, Chief Information
Officer, that he sold 9,878 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP3.68 per share on 15
November 2021,
In addition to this, Mr Doody sold a further 986 Ordinary Shares
at a price of GBP3.70 per share from his holding in the Company's
Inland Revenue approved Employee Share Ownership Plan.
Following this transaction, Mr Doody no longer has any interest
in Personal Group's ordinary shares.
