   NOVATION OF MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT 
 
   Northern 2 VCT PLC ("Northern 2 VCT") announces the novation of its 
management agreement from NVM PE Limited (formerly NVM Private Equity 
Limited) to NVM Private Equity LLP ("NVM LLP") with effect from 2 
February 2015.  NVM LLP is a new management vehicle formed by the key 
executives of NVM PE Limited.  It is authorised by the FCA for the 
conduct of investment business and will take over the business of NVM PE 
Limited with effect from 2 February 2015. 
 
   NVM LLP will provide identical services to Northern 2 VCT as those 
previously provided by NVM PE Limited and there is no change in the fees 
payable by Northern 2 VCT.  No consideration is payable to NVM PE 
Limited for the novation.
