Change of Name Effective

Further to the announcement made on 12 December 2024, Microsaic Systems plc (AIM: MSYS), an international developer and provider of testing solutions for unique and underserved public health and environmental markets, confirms the change of its name to:

Metir plc

Companies House issued a change of name certificate on 11 February 2025 and the name change to Metir plc has become effective immediately. The Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new company name and new ticker symbol 'AIM:MET' is expected to commence tomorrow (14 February 2025) at 8.00 a.m.

The Company's ISIN (GB00BMWC8365) and SEDOL (BMWC836) will remain unchanged. Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and will remain valid.

In conjunction with the change of name, the Company's website address has changed to www.metirplc.com.
