Over the last 10 years Mr Boyd has advised a number of banks and venture capital
funds in a restructuring capacity.
Mr Boyd was a director of Ricon Limited (2001), Parker Plant Limited
(2001), Surface Inspection Group Limited (2003) and Citech Limited (2006) which
were subject to asset sales with no deterioration in the position of creditors.
Vac Realisations Limited (2006) and Pittards plc (2005) were put into
administrative receivership in order to transfer final salary pension schemes to
the Pension Protection Fund.
In 2009 Broomco (4165), Broomco (4166), and Broomco (4091) were put into
administration, where Mr Boyd was acting for the bank and its venture capital
arm.
There are no further disclosures to be made in respect of Mr Stephen Boyd under
the provisions of paragraph g of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
