David Shearer - Non Executive Directorship
It has been confirmed today by Superglass Holdings plc
("Superglass") that David Shearer, Superglass's Non Executive
Director and Senior Independent Director, will be stepping down as
a Director of Superglass with effect from 30 June 2012.
In accordance with Paragraph 9.6.15 of the Listing Rules of the
UKLA, Mouchel confirms that there are no matters which require
notification in respect of Paragraph 9.6.13 (1-6) in relation to
David Shearer.
