Patent Announcement and Resignation of Director

Lo-Q is pleased to announce that its patent application in the United States of
America ("US") covering virtual queuing has been granted.  In January 2003 Lo-Q
successfully defended an action by a virtual queuing patent holder in the US.
Taken together Lo-Q believes it is in a stronger position from which to exploit
its virtual queuing intellectual property, as it possesses UK and US patents,
together with international patents pending in Japan and Europe.

Lo-Q also announces the resignation of Andrew Schild as a director of the
company with immediate effect to pursue other personal and business interests.
Andrew oversaw the successful development of a number of significant
improvements to the overall Lo-Q solution.  The Board thanks Andrew for his
contribution and wishes him well for the future.
