REPURCHASE AND DELISTING OF THE NOTES

Lloyds Bank plc announces that it has agreed privately negotiated bilateral repurchases of 100 per cent. (representing CAD1,000,000,000 in principal amount) of the Notes for cash on 9 April 2020.

It is expected that the Notes will be cancelled and delisted on 9 April 2020.
