Board and Executive Changes

Sancus announces that, with effect from 31 March 2024, Tracy Clarke will step down as Interim Chief Financial Officer.  Tracy, who was formerly a non-executive Director of the Company, was appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer for an initial period of 12 months from 1 April 2023.  With effect from 31 March 2024, Tracy will re-assume her role as a non-executive Director of the Company.  The Board would like to thank Tracy for her hard work and commitment while serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer.  

With effect from 31 March 2024, Keith Lawrence will be appointed as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and is expected to join the Board in due course.  Keith joined the Company as Finance Director in February 2024 and Tracy has worked with Keith to ensure an orderly transition of her responsibilities, including the preparation of Sancus' results for the year ended 31 December 2023, which will be published in due course.  Keith is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and prior to joining Sancus was CFO of a private equity backed house-builder.  Keith also has c. 20 years of investment banking experience and where he focussed primarily on financial institutions clients.
