For the purposes of each of the above issues JSC Halyk Bank (the "Guarantor") 
will be substituted in place of HSBK (Europe) B.V. (the "Issuer") as the new 
issuer and the principal debtor, in each case by means of a supplemental trust 
deed entered into by the Issuer, the Guarantor and Deutsche Trustee Company 
Limited as the Trustee, dated 24 April, 2009.
