Newbuilding Delivery Notice

Following the press release of 15th July 2013, Hellenic Carriers Limited, ("Hellenic" or the "Company") (AIM: HCL), an international provider of marine transportation services for dry bulk cargoes, announces that delivery of the M/V KONSTANTINOS II, a 81,698 dwt Kamsarmax vessel, from Zhejiang Ouhua Shipbuilding Co Ltd in China, took place. Following this delivery, the fleet has an aggregate carrying capacity of 332,476 dwt and an average age of 9.8 years.
