Notice of Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be
held at Unit 601-2, 6th Floor, St. George's Building, 2 Ice House Street,
Central, Hong Kong on 15 June 2007 at 4:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
     
1.   To receive and consider the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements
     and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors for the year ended 
     31 December 2006.
     
2.   To declare a final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2006.

3.   To re-elect a Director.

4.   To authorise the Board to fix Directors' remuneration.

5.   To re-appoint Auditors and to authorise the Board to fix their 
     remuneration.

Notes:
     
1.   A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting convened by the above 
     notice is entitled to appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote
     instead of him.  A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
     
2.   To be valid, the instrument appointing a proxy and the power of attorney or 
     other authority (if any) under which it is signed, or a copy of such 
     authority notarially certified, must be deposited at the Company's transfer
     agent, Capita IRG plc, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, 
     BR3 4TU, England not later than 4:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 14 June 2007, 
     and not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for any adjournment 
     thereof.

The register of members of the Company will be closed from 8 June 2006 to 15
June 2006 (both days inclusive), during which period no transfer of shares will
be effected. In order to qualify for the final dividend and for voting at Annual
General Meeting, all transfers of shares accompanied by the relevant share
certificates must be lodged with the Company's transfer agent, Capita IRG plc,
The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 4TU, England not later
than 4:00 p.m. (London time) on 7 June 2007.
