   Interim Management Statement for the Quarter Ended 30 June 2013 
 
   Foresight 3 VCT plc presents its Interim Management Statement for the 
quarter ended 30 June 2013.  This constitutes the company's first 
Interim Management Statement for the financial year ending 31 March 
2014, as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rule 4.3. 
 
   The unaudited net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share as at 30 June 
2013 was 78.8p (31 March 2013: 75.2p). 
 
 
 
   At 30 June 2013, there were 51,901,401 Ordinary Shares in issue. During 
the three months ended 30 June 2013 there were 429,636 shares issued at 
prices ranging from 76.0p and 83.0p per share. There were no shares 
repurchased.
