                          Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was informed today that Dimitrios Koutras, a director of the Company,
sold on 1 December 2006 a total of 400,000 common shares without par value in the
Company ("Common Shares"), representing approximately 2.8% of his then shareholding
in the Company, at a price of 203 pence per share.  Following this transaction Mr.
Koutras retains 13,724,074 Common Shares representing approximately 12.0% of the 
Company's issued share capital.
