               CYBIT ANNOUNCES RESELLER PARTNERSHIP WITH VANGUARD

Cybit Holdings PLC ("Cybit") is pleased to announce the signing of a reseller
agreement with Vanguard PLC ("Vanguard"), one of the UK's most established
mobile telecommunications resellers. The contract should deliver annual revenues
of #1.5 million to Cybit.

Under the agreement, Vanguard's direct sales team will market and sell Cybit's
internet based fleet and asset management solutions to its expanding 300 plus
corporate customers, and also through its 250 strong dealer channel which is
primarily concentrated in south-west England.

This move accelerates Cybit's drive to recruit reseller partners, significantly
strengthening its coverage within the telematics sector. Cybit now has
partnership deals with Smart Moves to distribute its Drive-IT solutions and
other strategic deals with Norwich Union, Mandata and Lex Vehicle Leasing. In
addition, Cybit recently announced a partnership with Signature Industries worth
in excess of #500,000 in additional revenues.

Vanguard is one of the leading and most successful national mobile
telecommunications distributors. With an annual turnover of #100 million and
employing in excess of 500 people, Vanguard has taken a strategic decision to
significantly expand its reseller business. As an existing vehicle installation
partner for Cybit and user of Cybit's fleet management, satellite navigation and
traffic information solutions, Vanguard has developed first hand experience as
to how this extension of the existing business relationship will strengthen and
differentiate their offering to corporate customers, whilst complementing its
wireless and data communications developments.
