Notice of Interim Results

Civitas Social Housing PLC (the "Company" or "CSH"), the UK's leading care-based and healthcare REIT will report results for the six months ended 30 September 2021 on Thursday, 9 December 2021.

A results presentation for sell-side analysts will be held in-person at 9.00am on the morning of results at the Buchanan offices at 107 Cheapside, EC2V 6DN. The presentation will be hosted by Andrew Dawber, Group Director and Paul Bridge, CEO of Social Housing at Civitas Investment Management Limited, the Company's investment adviser. A live listen-only audio facility will also be available for those unable to attend in person. After the event, a video webcast recording will be published on the Company's website.
