Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following
changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20
pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 16 December 2020, Ms Karen Witts, a director of the Company,
purchased 7,011 shares at GBP14.155 per Share.
Following this transaction, Ms Witts' total interest in 27,762
Shares represents 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital
(excluding treasury shares).
The following notification has been made to the Financial
Conduct Authority in accordance with the requirements of the EU
Market Abuse Regulation in respect of the above:
