Circassia Group plc (LSE: CIR) announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution proposed was duly passed by shareholders. The Company will formally change its name to NIOX Group plc in the coming days.

The relevant paperwork has been filed with Companies House, and a further announcement will be made when the name change is formally effective. Upon the change of name becoming effective, the Company's TIDM will change from "CIR" to "NIOX", and the Company's website will be found at www.investors.niox.com . The ISIN and SEDOL numbers will remain unchanged.

Shareholders are unaffected by the changes and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained.

The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of General Meeting set out in the shareholder circular published by the Company on 10 August 2022 which is available on the Company's website .
