- Notification of Director's Interests in Shares

On 13 April 2007 Peter Rowse, an Executive Director, was granted Options over
48,929 of the Company's Common Shares at an option price of 28.5 per share.

Under the rules of the 2006 Share Option Plan, these options are normally
exercisable from the third anniversary of the grant date and, if unexercised,
will lapse on the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.

Including the above award, this director's total option grants have increased to
244,749 of the Company's Common Shares.
