Clean Air Power Ltd (AIM : CAP), announces today that Scott Ungerer will resign
as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from (27) September 2006.



Mr. Ungerer has represented EnerTech Capital on the board of Clean Air Power
since 2001 and has always intended to step down from this position following the
IPO of the Company, which was completed in February 2006, and after the
appointment of two other replacement non-executives.  In September, Clean Air
Power announced that it had appointed Dr. Ulrich Woehr and Hans Gunnar Folkesson
as non -Exec Directors.



Following his resignation, Mr Ungerer will continue to manage other investments
within the EnerTech portfolio.
