Texaco Deal



Bartercard has reached an agreement with Texaco in the UK to enable Bartercard
members to purchase fuel from all 1,485 Texaco fuel outlets, at a discount.



As a Bartercard Texaco fuel card holder, Bartercard members will be given a
buying price that is fixed for each week ahead. There will be no set-up costs or
ongoing costs for Bartercard members other than a one-off cost of #6 per card,
and Bartercard generates a small ongoing revenue from the transactions.



Wayne Sharpe, Executive Chairman, commented: "I am delighted that Bartercard's
increasing buying power in the UK is resulting in our being able to increasingly
negotiate new benefits for our members. We are delighted to have reached this
deal with Texaco."
