Director Shareholding
boohoo (AIM: BOO), a leading online fashion group, has been
informed that Carol Kane, Group Co-Founder and Executive Director,
has transferred 13,330,421 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Group ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 1.05% of the
issued share capital, to Mark White in order to facilitate the
formally agreed settlement of divorce proceedings.
Following the transfer, Carol will retain 20,000,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 1.58% of the Group's issued
share capital.
