The  board  of Andrews Sykes Group plc has today been notified  that  Mr
J.G.  Murray  has  transferred for nil consideration a  total  of  2,400
Ordinary  20p Shares.  Following this transfer his resultant  beneficial
holding  is  reduced  to  48,062,455 Ordinary 20p  shares,  representing
58.48% of the Company's issued share capital.
