                            Directors Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Mr J-G Murray, Chairman of the Company, has
today transferred 112,620 shares for nil consideration to persons unconnected
with the Company.

Following this transfer Mr J-G Murray's resultant beneficial holding is
48,167,980 shares representing 54.76% per cent of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
