Adamas Finance Asia Limited, the London quoted pan-Asian diversified investment vehicle, today announces that Ernest Wong, non-executive director of the Company, has resigned with effect from 03 June 2019 in order to focus on his other work commitments.

ADAM's Chairman, John Croft, commented:
