Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 18 January 2021 in respect of an issue of EUR500,000,000 0.125 per cent. Notes due 20 July 2028 (the "Euro Notes")

Final Terms dated 18 January 2021 in respect of an issue of GBP350,000,000 1.500 per cent. Notes due 20 January 2041 (the "Sterling Notes")

The Euro Notes and the Sterling Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Motability Operations Limited and issued under the GBP5,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Motability Operations Group plc.

The Final Terms in respect of the Euro Notes and the Final Terms in respect of the Sterling Notes must each be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated 18 December 2020, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Offering Circular") which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.

Full information on Motability Operations Group plc and Motability Operations Limited, and in respect of the Euro Notes and the Sterling Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Offering Circular and the Final Terms in respect of the Euro Notes and the Final Terms in respect of the Sterling Notes, respectively.
