WillScot Mobile Mini Acquires Modular Space and Portable Storage Provider in Northeastern US
WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. (“WillScot Mobile Mini” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: WSC), a North America leader in modular space and portable storage solutions, today announced it has acquired the rental fleet and related assets of Modulease Corporation. The transaction was funded with cash on hand and borrowings under the Company’s revolving credit agreement. This acquisition adds more than 400 mobile offices and approximately 100 portable storage containers to the Company’s existing operations in New England.
