A German public prosecutor said Wednesday that it has charged eight more Volkswagen AG employees in relation to the car maker's diesel scandal, including managers. "German Court Charges Eight More Volkswagen Employees Over Emissions Scandal," at 1453 GMT, incorrectly said in the headline and first sentence that a court charged the employees.
