Management was unable to obtain a portion of the necessary files or financial information required to complete the preparation of the Company's Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2018, nor have the review of the report by the Company's auditors completed in time for filing. Such files and information was required in order to prepare and complete the Form 10-Q. As a result, the Company is unable to file its interim report on Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company expects to file within the extension period.
