Coastal Integrated Services, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: COLV) -- The recently executed Preliminary Purchase Agreement includes three self-supporting pipe cleaning units, which allows simultaneous operations in three separate locations.

Each unit is equipped with water storage, air compressor, hi pressure pump, vacuum unit, settling tanks, transfer pumps, hoses, etc., and a variety of water and air filtering devices. The cleaning system operates under vacuum, recycles all pressure wash water, and, because it operates under vacuum, releases nothing into the atmosphere.

The average charge per unit, including the support equipment, averages $7,250 per day; travel and setup fees are in addition to the daily rate. Nearly $5,000,000 worth of contracts are booked for the near future.

The U.S. has approximately 150,000 miles of inter-connecting crude oil trunk lines and refined products pipelines serving refineries nationwide, and approximately 278,000 miles of onshore and offshore natural gas gathering and transmission lines. All of these pipelines are subject to the Pipeline Safety Improvement Act that mandates periodic inspection and repair.
