Explanation of Responses:
(1)  On April 13, 2022, Zheng Dai entered into that certain Share Exchange Agreement, pursuant to which the Company and Zheng Dai have cancelled 81,844,294 shares of Common Stock without any consideration. Upon completion of the transaction, the shares of Zheng Dai have been decreased from 134,134,584 shares to 52,290,290 shares as of May 23, 2022.

Remarks:
On April 13, 2022, Zheng Dai entered into that certain Share Exchange Agreement, pursuant to which Zheng Dai has cancelled 81,844,294 shares of Common Stock with no consideration. Upon completion of the transaction, the shares of Zheng Dai have been decreased from 134,134,584 shares to 52,290,290 shares as of May 23, 2022.
