Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 26, 2018, L. Bruce Jolliff's employment as Chief Financial Officer of Vivos Inc. (the "Company") was terminated. The termination of Mr. Jolliff's employment was not due to any disagreement with respect to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
