United American Corp Announces Release of Current Financial/Disclosure Information and Compliance with OTCMarkets

Company is now fully compliant with OTC Pink requirements and as a result OTCMarkets has resumed display of UAMA quotes on the exchange.

On December 20, 2017 UnitedCorp also submitted an application and initial disclosure for a listing on the OTCQB Exchange under the Alternative Reporting Standard.
