Evidently..I’m-a-threat to bad business..will let public reach the truth.

It's the typical denial of dilution from this guy... always to be corrected and schooled when the OS increases.  

I think they were targeting an initial  $750k with 3.5 billion shares with that last S1 in the fall early winter. 


The S1 is here. Note the part about 'minimum' purchases ($10k) and maximum of 200% of daily volume (or $150k). 

The 50 million share trade would equate to a $10k min trade.

So I assume they need to raise some of that cash.  Especially when there's excitement.  Don't think they'll do it all at once.  And the overall total would be $3 million raise.  (Hopefully not at this price).

This most likely is the company equity shares being sold imo.  (At least the big chunks are )

No matter how great the news, the endless shares being diluted will always be the number 1 killer on this ticker. 25 billion AS and only 7.3 billion is OS. I don't see this moving above .0003 no time soon.

Definitely a soft launch (which is a good move) to get people in it playing around and reporting any bugs. 

Subscription costs aren't bad for content creators. 

Curious how long "the doors will be open" before they promote it heavily with a grand opening launch.  

I wonder if they have some big name creators ready to go live too?  My guess is yes and that's what they've been busy doing. 

Looks like this is still in beta testing phase.
