On
August 5, 2022, the Board of Directors of Todos Medical Ltd. (the
“Company”) fixed August 10, 2022 as the record date (the “Record
Date”) for the right to vote at the Company’s Annual Meeting, which
will be held on September 15, 2022. The Notice and Proxy Statement
and the Proxy Card for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
of the Company will be filed as Exhibits to a Form 8-K to be filed
on or after the Record Date.
