On August 14, 2019, Sino Agro Food, Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s financial results for its fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2019 (the “ Press Release ”). A copy of the Company’s Press Release is attached hereto as  Exhibit 99.1 .
