Simplicity Esports and Gaming Company, formerly known as SMAAASH Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: SMSH) (the “Company”), announced today that the date for the commencement of trading of its common stock and warrants on NASDAQ under the ticker symbols “WINR” and “WINRW,” respectively, which was originally scheduled for January 8, 2019 has been changed to January 10, 2019.

Jed Kaplan, the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company said “We are proud to have the Simplicity name as the first direct publicly traded Esports team in North America. Having the ticker WINR just solidifies who we are as an organization.” About SMAAASH Entertainment Inc.:The Company, completed its transaction with SMAAASH Entertainment Pvt.
