Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On December 31, 2019, Sharing Economy Investment Limited And Sng Kheng Sim Entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement relating to the selling of 2400 shares of Anyworkspace Limited which is held by Sharing Economy Investment Limited to Sng Kheng Sim, at a consideration of HK$64,363. The foregoing description of the Sale and Purchase Agreement does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the complete text of the Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference and attached hereto as exhibit 10.1.
