Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities


On September 28, 2021, SecureTech Innovations, Inc.’s (“SecureTech”) Board of Directors canceled an aggregate of 58,000,000 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value.


SecureTech is exploring additional prospective share cancellations to maximize underlying shareholder value on a per share basis.


As of October 1, 2021, SecureTech has 113,331,000 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding.
