Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 5, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Michael Gobel from his role as a Director. Mr. Gobel’s resignation was not as a result of a disagreement or dispute with the Company.
