Austrian oil-and-gas company OMV AG (OMV.VI), Italian gas group Snam SpA (SRG.MI) and Austria's Trans Austria Gasleitung GmbH have agreed to collaborate in the field of sustainable liquefied natural gas mobility in Austria.

The parties signed a memorandum of understanding which could potentially lead to a LNG liquefaction plant and a framework for a supply agreement, OMV said Tuesday.
