OMV, Adnoc to Explore Opportunities for Collaboration

OMV AG (OMV.VI) and Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. will explore
opportunities for collaboration in the petrochemical sector, the
Austrian oil-and-gas company said over the weekend.
OMV and Adnoc signed a memorandum of understanding to look into
possibilities to extend existing partnerships, as well as sharing
know-how and joint marketing.
A second agreement was signed to explore working together in the
area of OMV's patented technology, which allows turning used
plastic into crude oil.
