It’s always been a scam.

The latest filings by Streeterville in the District Court of Salt Lake Co (UT) pretty much says SHMP as a publicly-traded company is DOA.

Not only was the receiver granted control over all of SHMP's assets, Streeterville apparently believes that SHMP distributed assets without being equitably compensated. So Streeterville has filed to claw back those assets.

Yes...I very much doubt we'll see a 10-Q...or even an NT from Easterling or Delgado.

SHMP appears to owns nothing to support a pps of any value.

The most bizarre thing of this whole fiasco is that SHMP was at the Texas state fair back in October and they presented themselves as business as usual. and they have been sold out of shrimp on their now broken website for months. I need to come up with a system-disrupting and promising technology that never actually comes to fruition so I can retire when we go public and pump the stock with years of empty promises. SHMP is the Qanon of penny stocks.

The nonsense PR was a Hail Mary from Easterling. It was issued before the district court hearing where the judge granted Ampleo full control over SHMP's assets. 

Notice there hasn't been a peep out of Easterling since.

“Investors” in SHMP may never ever see another operating financial from what remains of SHMP. The receiver doesn’t appear to be too concerned about SHMP’s operational future or SEC compliance

Because who ever has the username and password did just that already immediately after the ruling. they put out a PR statement saying "whateverhisnamewas was impressed with what he saw at the Iowa facility and was giving shmp 500k" when in reality he was impressed with the assets that could be sold. if I hand you a username and password for https://naturalshrimp.com/ and you don't change them, I still have them.

And you know that how? All SHMP assets are in control of the receiver. That would include the web site.

And Easterling owns very few common shares, aside from what is available to him if he has the wherewithal to convert the Series A shares he controls.

I’d like to take a trip to either location and gain permission to perform forensic analysis on their water pump motors assemblies to see how much the EC systems damaged the pump motors and the steel tanks. I bet it was fairly significant.
