||Mansfield-Martin Exploration Mining, Inc. owns, outright or by claim, rights to over 3,800 acres of mining properties in the Tombstone Mining District, in and around Tombstone, Arizona. The Company also owns Tombstone Development Corp., formed in 1933, and believed to be the oldest continually operating mining company in Arizona. Mansfield-Martin's properties include numerous historic deep mines, Including the Lucky Cuss and Tough Nut, and significant undeveloped acreage west of Tombstone on the quartering slope of the caldera, including the Ground Hog claims and Western Mining District. Over 260,000 oz. of gold and 32.5mm oz. of silver were processed in the District prior to WWI, along with commercial quantities of lead, zinc and copper. Geologists estimate that only approximately 25% to 40% of the available reserves have been mined from existing deep mines, leaving significant mineral deposits in place. The Company has also acquired properties in the Boise District in Idaho, including fee simple property and patented claims. These properties encompass historically productive gold mining facilities as well as on-trend claims. Our plan is to develop these properties and, where possible, expand our interests by acquisition, merger or otherwise.
