On May 15, 2020, Luvu Brands, Inc. (“Luvu” or “the Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2020. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
