Liaoning Shuiyun Qinghe Rice Industry Co., Ltd. (the “Registrant”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the six months ended October 31, 2022 on a timely basis because the Registrant requires additional time to work internally with its auditor and legal counsel to prepare and finalize the Quarterly Report. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
